It's over
We ended up making $396 at the yard sale yesterday. It's not a bad profit, but we were hoping to make much more though every little bit helps. It's amazing how people want to talk you down over everything. We did have a lot of items left over, but we just don't feel like having another one. I have called Salvation Army and they are coming this week to pick everything up. We started preparing for this yard sale at the beginning of this year by cleaning out everything around our house. The boxes of everything had took over many rooms in the house. I can't wait to have our house back in order so we can start truly getting it ready for Bryson.

Greetings from Russia. I'm dying to hear if you've heard about your court date...would love to hear it's soon (I bet you would to). Keep me posted. Sounds like a successful garage sale - we had a lot of people try to talk us down on things to...don't they understand what a "benefit" is? Take care - send an email soon!
Congradulations! Yes Every little bit helps! Just think, that could pay for one of the nights in Russia.
Every bit helps in the long run. Glad it was successful. I slightly over price some things because of people trying to lower prices. Although it can backfire on me.
We're planning one in January and then I won't be storing anymore stuff. It does take over the entire house.
Well that's not a bad profit and it must feel great to get rid of old "junk." :)
